Welcome to Stuff 2 Fluff! A one-on-one dog grooming experience 🐾
Your pup will enjoy a calm, personalized grooming session in a quiet home setting—no cages, no rush, and no exposure to other dogs. Each appointment is scheduled with plenty of time and attention to ensure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for from start to finish.
To help us provide the best and safest experience possible, all documents listed below are required and must be fully completed and submitted before your appointment. Appointments cannot be confirmed without these forms on file. This allows us to understand your dog’s health, behavior, and grooming needs ahead of time so we can tailor the session just for them.

Policies
Vaccination Requirements
We take health and safety very seriously. To protect all pups in our care, we REQUIRE certification from your veterinarian that your pup has been vaccinated against:

Bordetella

Distemper (DHPP/DA2PP)

Rabies
We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Vaccinating your pup against Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza
Of course, no pups are admitted with ticks, fleas, or other pests, and all should have legal licenses.
Late Pick up
Holding dogs 30 minutes after they are finished with their grooming appointment is considered as boarding. WE DO NOT BOARD DOGS. If your pet is not picked up, 30 minutes after the grooming appointment is complete, a charge of $35 will apply to your invoice as "Late Fee"
Cancellation/ No Show
Clients have 72 hours before the appointment day to cancel the scheduled appointment. If Clients do not cancel before the slotted time the client will be billed the total amount of the scheduled appointment.
We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by appointment business. Please Note: Clients 30 minutes late risk losing their appointment without prior notice.
